Richard D. Lambert
For his entire career, Mr. Lambert has litigated with and against some of the largest companies in the world and continues to do so. Mr. Lambert graduated from Grace M. Davis High School in 2000, then attended Occidental College earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 2004. Mr. Lambert attended California Western School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude in 2007. While in law school, Mr. Lambert was a member of the California Western Law Review & International Law Journal, an Academic Honors Instructor, and earned three Awards for Academic Achievement (Evidence, Alternative Dispute Resolution, & Trial Practice). While in practice, Mr. Lambert has been named a rising star by Super Lawyers magazine from 2014-2020 - an award given to no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in California under the age of 40.
