Daniel R. Peterson

Daniel Peterson is an up-and-coming litigator with law firm and in-house experience in both the private and public sector. Before joining LiLaw Inc., Mr. Peterson worked to manage the global trademark portfolio of a growing international pharmaceutical manufacturing corporation and focused on contract review and drafting. Since joining LiLaw Inc., Mr. Peterson has become adept at guiding clients swiftly through the discovery process in several complex litigation cases. Mr. Peterson has appeared in multiple complex cases in both State and Federal Court involving general business disputes, trade secrets, fraud, and unfair business competition.
